• I selected Save after I had entered my payment details. A message is now displayed saying that my payment has errors and that if I wish to ignore them my payment can still be processed but at an increased cost. What does that mean?

    We charge less for processing payments that we do not have to make any amendments to. Your payment is either missing information or has some incorrect information. You may select the box agreeing that you aware of the problems with the data but wish to send it anyway. We will then amend the data for you, but you will be charged for this. For specific charges and tariffs you will need to consult your service administrator who may need to consult your relationship manager.
