• What are the available service roles?

    Users can only apply for service roles within services that your organisation has registered for. The service roles available across all services are:


    enables the user to access service functionality that you have configured.


    enables the user to extract detailed reports of event activity conducted by users within your organisation.

    Additional roles are available across certain services: 

    Account Maintenance user

    enables an appropriately authorised user to add, amend, group or delete account details, or to restrict access to particular accounts of other users (available with Cash Management and Global Liquidity Fund services)


    enables the user to authorise orders raised by that user (TravelLink only)
