• My payment has not updated to ‘Sent’, what can I do?

    1. Firstly please log out of Lloydslink and back in. 

    2. If this hasn’t updated it then go back to payments go to view and then click on refresh display 

    3. If this also doesn’t update the payment status please contact the helpdesk.
