• I have saved the payment but I have made a mistake/want to alter an entry

    If you have published the payment:

    • find the payment by entering the Payments management screen and filtering under my payments, or
    • select Payment management in the navigation box titled Payments on the left-hand side of screen and
    • run a search on the Payment search screen.

    If you have not published the payment:

    • select Payment management in the navigation box titled Payments on the left-hand side of screen.
    • select Incomplete Payment Batches 
    • select the payment you wish to edit from the list shown, or
    • select Payment management in the navigation box titled Payments on the left-hand side of screen.
    • run a search on the Payment search screen.
    • access the payment batch by selecting the details link next to the batch, then choose to edit a payment by selecting payment edit in the box next to the payment you wish to amend.
