• I have entered a payment or completed a payment task and the outstanding task screen has not been updated

    • You may need to refresh the screen using the two green cycling arrows button on the browser, alternatively you can use the Refresh button
    • Changes made to payments can take few moments to register. Try refreshing the screen after a few minutes.
    • If you have created a payment you will need to publish the payment using the action buttons at the bottom of the Payment batch detail or edit a payment page. If a payment has not published it will be shown in the incomplete payments row. Once published, the payment will be shown in the Payments awaiting Verification/approval row (depending on your customer preferences).
