• I can’t see the Approve button?

    The Approve button will only be available if:

    • The payment you are trying to publish has a status of ‘Awaiting approval’.
    • You have the correct permission allocated to you by your service administrator.

    If you checked and both of the above are true, you will need to contact our LloydsLink Online Helpdesk for further guidance.
