• I am getting a message saying I need to purge my audit log, how do I do this?

    1. Log on as Auditor or Auditor 2.

    2. Click on Audit log viewer.

    3. Click on the Tidy Database icon

    4. Select Yes and then OK to the messages (making sure you make a note of where the log is being archived to) 

    5. The audit log will then archive. Once this has finished you can then log out and carry on using LloydsLink as usual.
