• How do I reset my user password?

    1. Log in as a Manager1 or Manager2. 
    2. Double click on Operator Maintenance.  
    3. Double click on the user that requires a password reset.
    4. Make sure the Enabled checkbox is ticked.
    5. Click Finish. 
    6. Right click on the same user.
    7. Click Reset password and click Yes to the message.
    8. Log out of LloydsLink Manager profile. The user password will now be reset to Lloyds. 
    9. Upon logon, the user will be prompted to enter a new password.

     Note : You will not be able to use an existing password and the password must be at least six characters long
