• How do I authorise my payments remotely?

    1. Set your payment as normal until the status is frozen 

    2. This will print off a freeze batch report with a challenge number 

    3. Take this report with the challenge number to your remote authoriser 

    4. The reader will need to be in remote mode 

    5. The authoriser will then need to enter the challenge number into the reader along with their card pin this will then produce a response number 

    6. Take the report and the response number back to the Lloydslink 

    7. Click authorise and enter the response number the status will then change to Authorised (1) 

    8. Repeat above for any further authorisations you may need
