    If you encounter any problems when logging in to LloydsLink online or when accessing Cash Management, the following guidance will assist:


    Help with logging in:

     

    • Add the following URL to your trusted sites: https://lloyds-link.online.lloydsbank.com
    • Access the Internet Options screen from Internet Explorer Tools, go to the Advanced tab and enable ‘Use TLS 1.0’
    • Open a new browser session and attempt to login
    • If you access LloydsLink online via a saved website ‘favourite’ we suggest you delete the old favourite and use the following link to access the log-in page    www.lloydsbankcommercial.com/servicemessage/ 


    If you encounter any problems when accessing Cash Management:


    • After logging in to LloydsLink online, click on ‘Home’ on the top right of screen (button next to Logout). The screen will then refresh.
    • Try and access the Cash Management applications from the screen that appears.

     

    Ensure you have the latest service pack for the operating system in use. For Windows this can be checked by the client accessing the Help tab in Windows Explorer.
