Change the sentence to: Anders joined Lloyds Banking Group in January 2008 to head Foreign Exchange (FX) Derivatives Trading within Treasury and Trading. In November 2010 Anders was promoted to Head of FX Trading. In this role, Anders leads a team of 40 people in three global trading teams: Spot, Forwards, Commodity & Hybrid Derivatives, and a London based Quantitative Research team.
Prior to joining the Group, Anders was Head of FX Options Trading at Citigroup London. Previous experience includes roles at Nokia, where Anders was General Manager at Nokia Finance International in Geneva, and Citigroup, where Anders was Head of FX Options Trading North America, based in New York.
Anders is responsible for implementing a multi-year programme to grow the Bank’s FX business, one of the key initiatives in the Global Strategic Review.
Anders is married and has three children.
