Cris joined Lloyds in December 2011 to head Counterparty Exposure Management (CEM), Exotics and Structured Investment Products (SIPs). In this role, Cris will manage the Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA) pool, develop Lloyds’ MTN and exotic product offering and manage the unsecured funding requirements for derivatives.
Prior to joining Lloyds, Cris helped set up the CEM desk at RBS and ran the ALM desk working with Group Treasury on overall funding requirements and setting LTP levels and pricing policy. Previous experience includes roles at ABN, BoA & UBS trading interest rate swaps and options, commodities and MTNs.
Cris is also responsible for implementing the Collateral Optimisation programme, one of the key Global Strategic Initiatives within Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.
Cris is married and has three children.
