As Head of Acquisition Finance (AF), Ian leads a team of more than 40 origination professionals based in London, the UK regions and Paris. He joined Lloyds Bank in 2006, as part of an initiative to build out the Bank’s leveraged finance underwriting business, which is now a prominent player in its chosen markets.
Managing Director & Head of FX Product, Financial Markets
Anders joined Lloyds in January 2008 to head Foreign Exchange Options Trading. In March 2013 he was appointed Head of FX Product, responsible for leading and developing Lloyds’ FX business and support distribution across client segments and geographies.
Head of Counterparty Exposure Management, Exotics & Structured Investment Products
Cris joined Lloyds in December 2011 to head Counterparty Exposure Management (CEM), Exotics and Structured Investment Products (SIPs). In this role, Cris will manage the Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA) pool, develop Lloyds’ MTN and exotic product offering and manage the unsecured funding requirements for derivatives.

John has over 20 years of banking experience obtained working with tier 1 organisations such as Deutsche Bank - this covers areas such as Sales & RM management, product management, network management including running large sales teams with International responsibilities.

Andrew joined at Lloyds Bank in 2002, heading up the major corporate risk management solutions team through sector specialism. From 2013, he became responsible for strategic client solutions, a team that explores business opportunities through unbiased products with our key clients.

Clive joined Lloyds Bank in 1977 working in the branch network. He transferred to Treasury Division in 1986 and, after a period in the back office and with the position clerks, moved to the front office to trade spot foreign exchange.
Head of Energy
Alan joined Lloyds in January 2010 having spent over 20 years in project finance, the majority of which has been focused on the energy sector. His experience covers the provision of finance to both new build and acquisition ventures in the UK and European power projects including leading the financing for the largest acquisitions of global power generation portfolio. Prior to joining Lloyds Alan was Head of Advisory Services at Ventyx Energy Limited, Head of Power at Royal Bank of Scotland and a Non-Executive Director of Synergen Power Limited.
Managing Director, Head of Global Transaction Banking
Ed joined Lloyds Banking Group in April 2010 as Managing Director Operations (responsible for c.20,000 FTE). In October 2013, Ed was announced as the Managing Director, Head of Global Transaction Banking and joined Andrew Bester's Commercial Banking Board. This is a newly created enlarged business and Ed is running an experienced strong team for Commercial Banking. Ed also serves as a Board Director on various Group Companies.
