Duncan Bailey

Managing Director, Head of Consumer, Healthcare & Pharmaceutical

Duncan joined Lloyds Banking Group as Managing Director in August 2007, bringing 25 years’ experience in client-facing corporate and investment banking origination positions with him.

He currently oversees a team of 14 experienced relationship bankers, who are responsible for looking after the major corporate clients operating in the Food, Drinks, Retailing, Consumer Products & Healthcare industry segments, on a global basis.

During his career, Duncan has built an extensive understanding of these core industry sectors both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining the Bank, Duncan ran the Consumer, Leisure & Diversified Industries team for West LB and previously worked for ABN AMRO for 15 years.

His early career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
Duncan is married with four children and his outside interests include golf, tennis, fly fishing and skiing.
