Adam Daniels

Adam joined Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) Financial Institutions in May 2010 to head up the Specialist Finance & Intermediaries (SFI) team. The SFI team is responsible for managing LBG banking relationships with specialty lenders and intermediaries e.g. commercial and consumer finance, debt collectors, inter dealer brokers, stock exchanges and building societies.

Before joining Lloyds Banking Group, Adam was a Partner at Ernst & Young, where he led the Commercial and Consumer Finance M&A Transactions team. During this time he led several transactions including the splitting and sale of Bradford & Bingley. He also acted as Transactions account leader for RSA, GE and HBoS. Previous to this, Adam was a Director at Deloitte and European M&A Leader for GE Capital Solutions and GE Consumer Finance. He started his career at Hambros Bank.

Adam loves rugby, sailing, skiing and generally keeping fit as well as good food and wine.
